Summertime Bean Salad
1 can 15.5 oz. Goya Red Kidney Beans-drained and rinsed
1 can 15.5 oz. Goya Chick peas-drained and rinsed
1 can 15.5 oz. Goya Black-eyed Peas- drained and rinsed
1 small red pepper, seeded and diced
1 medium cucumber-seeded and diced with peel on
½ cup red onion, chopped
4 sprigs Cilantro, chopped
½ cup red wine vinaigrette dressing
Combine all ingredients and ENJOY!
