Meet Janet

“I have been coming to Y.E.S. Fitness for about 20 years now. I had a friend that had convinced me to join. We had been to other gyms, done aerobics and classes together. It was a better decision to relieve stress rather than going home and drinking or binge eating. Working out at Y.E.S. has changed my body so much that I could take up running. I had never been good at running, but was able to take advantage of the equipment at Y.E.S to train my body to prepare for a race, which I won! I am so glad that I can come here to work out and relive stress that came from 40 years of teaching. The exercises are changed up so it never gets boring. Chris and the staff help coach me in exercises, how to step my game up and reach my goals. Now I am stronger, I have lost 20 pounds weight, and I feel better every day!”
