I did not approach Y.E.S. Fitness because I was overweight…but at age 54, I was playing tennis three times a week against opponents who were 10 years my junior.  This meant I had to work awfully hard to keep up.

Unfortunately, working hard at a sport like tennis without a fitness plan led to me pulling one tendon or another which took away a true passion while I “healed” up.  I asked Chris if Y.E.S. Fitness could help make me stronger and play younger?  Simple answer, Y.E.S. they could!

Well, in less than 6 months of personal training I can honestly say I regained the strength and conditioning I had 25 years ago!  Now I compete at tennis instead of just trying to keep up and make a good showing!  I have more muscle mass and improved my endurance which is key for my sport.
