Six breakfasts that are sure to fire your metabolism and keep you satisfied!

Breakfast is the best meal of the day to wake up your metabolism and keep it fired up all day long. Eating 15-30 minutes after you wake is one of the easiest steps that you can take towards reaching your fat loss goal. Here are some quick and easy recipes to help keep you on track. Each of these meals takes no more than 10 minutes to prepare and the ingredients are easy to find. You can even prepare some of these items (chopped fruits, berries, and nuts) ahead of time. No more excuses. Make breakfast a priority and you’ll see results right away!

Yummy Yogurt

1 cup 2% Greek Yogurt

½ cup fresh fruit

3 tablespoons of chopped raw almonds

1 cup diced melon or other fresh fruit
